"It was obvious from the excitement of making the first album
that we wouldn't stop there. And we still had a shitload of ideas in
our heads for songs. So the natural progression for the band was to
just keep doing what it was we knew how to do- drink beer and play
music. The songs on the second album are a little more organized,
but not much! Musically, the second album is a few steps ahead of
the first one. But we were just as fucking drunk while recording
both albums!"

"Sobriety Sux is a better album, showcasing the
maturity and musical growth BDF experienced in the years of beer
drinking and raging alcoholism after finishing 'We're Outta
Beer'."
