The Third Official BDF Contest has ended! Thanks for all those who entered. See the winners and winning entry below! The concept: Everybody agrees that work sucks. Most of you probably know the BDF song "Work Sux!" Some of you might even find yourselves humming it to yourselves as you commute to your painful and tedious job each morning. Well, we here at BDF Headquarters have conducted further research, and find that work sucks more now than ever before. And in recognition of this finding, BDF will be composing a follow-up song to the original "Work Sux!" smash hit, tentatively entitled "Work Still Sux (Work Sux Part Dos)". And, we're giving you, our fans, a chance to contribute to the lyrics of this sure-to-be blockbuster hit song! All you have to do is write anywhere from 1-4 verses for the new song, explaining why work sucks, what you'd rather be doing, how much you hate your co-workers, or any other general complaining about work. We don't really care how long the verses are. We don't care if it rhymes or not. Hell, we don't even care if it makes any sense! Prizes include: BDF T-shirts, beer steins, posters, hats, and other swag! Free Beer at a future BDF show of your choice! Maybe even a live appearance on stage with BDF to sing the lyrics you wrote! And, when BDF makes it big, we'll cut you in on some of the profits the song is sure to make! |
